TWD S8E9 & S8E16 “Honor” & “Wrath” – We first see this location at the end of the 9th episode and we don’t know much about this location. We see Rick sitting on the ground, back up against a tree, bleeding, and two stained glass windows hanging from the tree’s branches. Flash forward to the season finale and we see this location again… this time where Negan and Rick have a fight and leads to Rick slicing his throat. Thankfully for Negan, Rick has already decided to spare him and sends Siddiq in to “Save him”. Rick then delivers a speech and speaks on this New World that Carl helped him realize that needs to happen.
